Crayola!

Before I get into where I've been these past many months, I'm going to go ahead and point you in the direction of the giveaway pictured on the left.  I don't know about you, but crayons are always in my house, the car.  You name it.  A Busy Mom of Two has it waiting for you. 

My Clothing Helper (review and giveaway)

I've got this problem...it's called to much laundry.  I do at least 2 loads of laundry a day, sometimes more (family of 8...3 of them teens, and 3 of them who change clothes way too often).  When My Clothing Helper contacted me and asked if I wanted to try out their product, I decided to see if it really worked.  It did.  It comes in a pack of 7, and I decided to divide them between Phil and Jack.
Jack has scouts every Monday for only an hour.  I was getting sick of doing washing his scout uniform every time he wore it when I knew it couldn't be dirty (he would throw it in the washer with other dirty clothes, so I had no choice but to wash it).  So I showed him how it worked and put it to the test.  And I was very pleased that it did work.  Every Monday when he wore it, he would move the card down to the next number and I had a bit less laundry to wash.

With Phil, I didn't use it the way I used it for Jack.  Phil wears button up shirts ever day with slacks, his clothes had to be washed after every use, but he hated wearing the same clothes again too soon.  So after his shirts came out of the wash, I moved it down to the number that coordinated with the day of the week (1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday etc...)  Much easier to know when he wore the shirt last. 

	Reduce the amount of water associated with washing clothes.
	Conserve energy through more efficient use of washing and drying machines.
	Save money on washing and dry-cleaning bills.
	Reduce the emission of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) used in dry-cleaning.

My kids love music. All kinds. Christmas songs are high on the list even though we are Jewish because lets face it, it's tough being Jewish in a small community. I think they would absolutely flip over this cd. Mom approved!

My kids go to school with lunches that are a little different that what you might normally see. They don't have any baggies. They use bento boxes and dividers.
